This is our first year holding a March Break camp and we are ecstatic about the opportunities this will bring. Think campfire cooking, animal tracks, snowshoeing, fort building, and indoor activities (should the weather require them).
We can't wait to see you at our March Break location!

Parents will meet and head out on a trail to connect and learn about the calm that nature can bring. The last hour, we often bring in a community member to engage in conversation and help with any questions families may have (9:30-11:30)
This is a slower paced program for new parents who want to socialize, explore, and embrace nature.
We ask that families bring a reusable water bottle, snacks, and any materials that they, or their child, may need. (Please note there is no changing station at most locations)
You can register for individual session or multiple sessions.

We are located in Whitby. We use different outdoor environments each year. Our 2024 Programs will move between Heber Down + Enniskillen.
We hope to offer families some flexibility. If you have children in the 0-4 year old range, then you can access programs that benefit all of your children and are designed for their individual development. Please let us know if you'll be registering more than 2 children and/or in both Parent and Tot and Parent and Infant programs, we offer a discount!
They will likely be TIRED! Many children don't spend this many hours outside, and it takes getting used to. We have a lot of rest time and encourage plenty of water and snacks, but you can expect them to be quite sleepy for the first few days in program. This is normal!
Eunoia plans for this exact situation! Children come with all different levels of prior knowledge, curiosity, and interest. Our staff are able to expand on previously taught skills and help to mentor children so that they are not learning the same things twice. (Our summer programs have children begging to come back a second week!)
No! We encourage children to lead their learning. Math and Language learning happen naturally in the forest. Children collect, measure, compare, write, and read information that is interesting to them. We facilitate math and language opportunities that are engaging and hands-on. The physical components to Eunoia make children more engaged and eager to explore new ideas. As quoted from an adventurer this summer, "wait, this is math? I loved this"
